We shall not be hold responsible for any content that appears on your website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that is rising on your website. No link(s) should appear on any website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.

Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amen these ToS and it’s linking policy at any time and by continuously linking to our website, you agree to be bound to and follow these ToS.

Removal of links from our website

If you find any link on our website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us any moment. We will consider requests to remove links but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.

We do not ensure that the information on this website is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we promise to ensure that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up to date.

Additional Terms of Services

1. What is Macros/Refreshers?

- A macro is a program that plays part or all of the game for you is strictly prohibited.
- Refresher is a program (most often an add-in to your web browser. e.x: Chrome extensions, FireFox addons, Safari addons) that reloads a webpage at set intervals is strictly prohibited.

SurviveHustle rewards every player for their time spent on the game.
Usage any of these programs gives players an unfair advantage and is strictly forbidden on all levels.
The Anti-Macro Protection Page is designed to prevent players from using a macro.
If you fail to follow the directions on the Page, you will be jailed by the System for three days.
Players caught using either one of these will be placed in FEDERAL JAIL for very long time!


2. Shared IP

No two (or more) players who have shared an  IP address at any time may exchange funds, buy or sell items in the market, or battle each other. Even if you are not on the same computer later on, it is still illegal.
Any violation of these will be treated as a case of illegal transfers and will result in a banning for all parties from 1-180 days.

These punishment must be reviewed by a Manager or Admin to decide on the correct level.


3. Donations or Purchases

Purchasing in game currency is available, buying these packages gives you a helping. Once purchased all items will be added to your account straight away.

If there is any issues then please contact a member of staff.

By donating you still have to follow the same rules as everyone else, failure to do so will mean a banning being issued.

If you are banned, donations are non refundable!

Anybody who disputes a payment on PayPal will be banned unless for a valid reason.


4.Scamming

SurviveHustle have done the best we can for stop scamming using trading systems and other features.
To ensure you are not getting scammed please make sure to use these systems.
Never buy game credits/ponts using real fiat/cash/cryptocurrency from anybody else except from the game.
Also ensure to not tell anybody your password!
Being scammed is your own fault and we at SurviveHustle will not take any responsibility for any scams that have taken place and tricks you.


5. Multiple Accounts

No players are allowed to have more than 1 game account, unless given approval by SurviveHustle Admin.
Anyone caught having more than 1 account will get BANNED from the game. This goes right along with Shared IP's.
If you require more than 1 account you must notify SurviveHustle Owners/Admins immediately to state your case before playing.

6. Bugs

If you see or found any bugs please report these using the bug report forum.
ANY players caught exploiting bugs to make any unfair gain in the game will be banned permanently.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;
limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or
exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.

The limitations and prohibitions of liability set in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer: (a) are subject to the preceding paragraph; and (b) govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort and for breach of statutory duty.

As long as the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.

We SurviveHustle have the right to change the Terms of Service anytime without prior notice on the site and everyone who is using SurviveHustle agreed to all Terms of Services changes.
